Fixing Meepo V3 Gaps and other problems

Honestly this does the job. I'll do a bit more riding in grass and dirt just to speed it up and I'll post a follow up video. My friend wanted to order the foam from their website but I think it's not worth it

It can but it has to be compacted dirt. For offroad I would recommend spending a bit more and getting a all terrain longboard

Ordered one two weeks ago and it came in today, there are no gaps on my board and the screws are flush with the board.

That's nice I just talked to a guy who got his board like two days ago and he took off the enclosures and saw that it's not attached evenly, so he still did the fix, did you see my other video? There was lots of debris in them

Not too much, the cooling things are just for looks and not for performance. But there is some gaps between the case and the cooling vents.

Hi, why in this skateboard acts radiator (affects moisture protection?) and in wow go no ?

The radiator was just a design feature of the v3, wowgo doesnt do that because their esc cools of good enough. I also didnt encounter any problems with moisture because of it

@@ilyaalealexandrov2637 welcome And honestly I'm not sure, I used to have wowgo 2s and I liked it alot, it was super smooth with acceleration and breaking, wowgo uses hobbywing esc which are great. The meepo v3 is nice, it got higher top speed, more power but it's not as smooth as wowgo, but it's still a great board. I never rode the exway so I cant say anything about it. But I can tell you I got myself a all terrain longboard which is more expensive but its really nice. I been riding it the most, already have 180miles on the odometer, you can check my recent video on it. And if you like it I can get you a discount for the raldey carbon all terrain longboard

Have you had any connection problems with the mr remote ? I have the awd pro with mr remote and it’s having trouble staying paired and suggestions on how to fix it ?

My board says it’s fully charged (100%) but on the remote it says low battery. Any suggestions??

I assume the charger is green too? Or no. The reader on the board sometimes can be off

Thats odd, try charging the remote too. If that doesn't change anything try to pair the remote again

I know this might be late and you wont respond but i got a second hand meep v3 today and i live in ireland so its always wet and after a day of riding it wont turn on could it be water damage to the esc?

Just a while a go it turned on while it was upsidedown and wouldent turn off now its just off and wont turn on

@@netherstone3161 to be honest it sounds like it is water damage. I had a wowgo 2s rode in the rain, after that it was okay but then went for a ride couple days later hit a bump and it turned off and nothing turned on. It was a burned ESC. You can reach out to meepo too to double check

@@jasip1000 at the moment I can't tell you that because my friend ordered 3 boards, we did that $150 off deal and it just shipped to his house and his email. He lives couple mins from me. And I'm sure today it takes longer to ship that it did a month ago because they got way more orders

Which board Is the best meepo v3, wowgo 2s, or ownboard w1s?

I would have to say meepo v3 is the best because it's the newest out of three. It came out couple months ago, the other two were out for a year if not more. V3 has wider wheels, better trucks, remote displays much more info, has different break modes. The ownboard w1s sna wowgo 2s are basically identical. Feel free to ask more specific questions cuz theres a lot that I can say about them

Thanks for the reply. Would you say the ownboard w1s is better then the wowgo 2s because with the meepo‘ s problem and previously bad esc I’m not sure if they improved it with the new one unlike the ownboard and the wowgo having a smooth esc.

@@Sean-vk1nb I mean the esc got better on the v3 compared to the AWD GT. It's not as smooth as on ownboard and wowgo but you get used to it. Also you can customize the riding experience more on the v3 compared to the 2s and w1s.

@@TacEsk8 unfortunatly. I payed 50€ now for a New ESC. And i wanted to ask you where did you get that Foam from ? Like is taht a special Brand foam or has that any Name i can search it up for ?

@@MrMrbobo46 I just used the foam out of the box you could use adhesive foam strips. Like 1/8 inch thick

To be honest I didnt know he did it until I was editing my video. When I got the board my friend said but some foam and put it in there and I saw the foam in the box and decided to see if its waterproof and it was. I did it then I saw on reddit a person replied to my dirty esc post with a link to a guy doing the same thing as I did
