In Germany you can get these cars for free. You have to pay triple the price for gas in a year. Nobody wants that
@85NickT8 ай бұрын
@@HansPeter.MrUniverse You say nobody wants that, but it depends on how many miles you do. I only do about 2500-3000 in my silly second car (not a Porsche). If it did 30mpg that would cost me about £700 per year in fuel. If it does 20mpg it costs me £1050. Even if you only get 15mpg it's going to cost you an extra £700. £350 per year isn't a big price to pay for the lols. You could buy a much newer, very fuel efficient car, but A) You won't have as much fun and B) You can lose more in depreciation in a couple of years than my entire car cost, including fuel and the occasional unexpected repair bill.

I do like how some brands you can interchange the parts and bypass the brand increase in price. I am sure Lexus and Acura do the same.

Ok it's about content creation, but I like the content! The amount of debris in the engine bay was mind blowing. I like to use OPC's as my cars are quite new, but I'm not sure I'd have given them an '07 model as I think a good Indy (and we probably all know one or two of those) would have done the work for a much lower price, depending on how much the standard OPC rate is discounted by for a classic. My thought was that for not much money overall, Matt now has a very nice car. Yes it guzzles gas, but if you don't do many miles or can afford the cost it's a hell of a car!
