You can open the BOTTOM? Well you certainly kept that quiet HP. That might explain why it's started playing up half way through a 30 page print run. This video is more useful than the 2 hours I spent trying to get an answer from your website! BTW the virtual assistant is so useless that there's really no point in it being there. It keeps saying "please rephrase your question" when you haven't even asked it anything.

They used to say Saabs were "over engineered'. My Envy 6055 All-in-One might make a similar case. The pretty lights are nice but every printing attempt a stressful event.

Thank you for this video. I kept getting the paper out indication. I suspected a paper feed issue, I cleaned the top rollers, nothing changed. I didn't know about the roller on the bottom. We were ready to buy a new printer until I saw this video. When I checked the bottom roller, sure enough , there was a debris on it. I cleaned the roller, and it working perfectly.

It was not recognizing the paper and kept asking to load paper. I copied a document to see if it is able to. It did the copy correctly and that made the printer to remove the load paper error.

Hello, The door that I need to open to insert the inks won't close completely, the little orange light lights up. It seems like the left side of this door is not aligned with the base of the printer, and it feels like something got stuck in this door, but nothing's there. This is by far the worst printer i have ever owned. It always drops the wi fi, There is always something keeping it from printing. Cant print on envelopes, cant run Avery templates with it.. Cant run a Start up if you always have printer issues.. I will be returning it..
