Hey! =) How many times did I say some variation of the word “significant” in this video? Did it annoy anyone else as much as it annoyed me? 😂 Hope you guys are doing great today! =) 💕

Hey that turned out nicely! Great job friend 👍🏻💙 You’re far more patient than myself. Thank you for sharing how you brought that Polly back to the color it should be. 😊

Hello! I know this video is old now but I recently had to remove some yellowing off my sun damaged monster high dolls body, I got some peroxide cream slapped it on and left it in direct sunlight for a few hours (Might have to reapply and do a second or third time depending on how bad it is) But it faded the yellowing nicely! I'm not sure if this applies to all plastic but I think so! : )

I have actually tried the peroxide cream before! I don’t know if I did it wrong or what, but it left my Polly Pocket set streaky with white, bleached marks. 😭 I’m glad it has worked so well for you though! 💕 I know lots of people have had success with it. I also used it on a Cabbage Patch Kid’s head that had some marks that I couldn’t get clean with anything else. The marks came right out after laying the doll in the sun with the cream. So I know it does work! Just maybe my technique using it with Polly Pocket needs help. 😅

My friend Steven told me about this! Great job! It makes me want to revisit that method again. It was my very first video, so I've learned a lot since then - but - two things I would try: (1) You *MAY* be able to get inside the logo with one of those plug-in nail file things (I have one and have been meaning to try this myself on a duplicate set) but would have to be super careful around the letters to not file them down, of course. (2) I received some feedback that they sell even finer grit sandpaper at auto stores because they can be used to sand car paint, so I was going to try that next! May bring the shine back better than the novus. I still have my stamp set in the same condition it was in when I finished the video 😅

Hey! 💕 I didn’t even realize that was your very first video! It really is a nice method for removing sun damage, so thank you for sharing it with us all. =) I had wanted the opportunity to try it for a while, but I was too scared to try it on a compact that cost very much. When I saw this one for $6, I knew it was the one, haha. It sure is nerve-racking purposefully scratching up a Polly Pocket haha, but if I need to get rid of sun damage again in the future, I’m sure I’ll use this method, because it gets such good results! And I know now to just start with a lower grit to begin with and save myself a lot of time, haha! 😂 Thank you so much for the suggestions! I’ll have to look into them. I had seen little matchstick looking sanding things on Amazon, but even they seemed too big to use on the logo. I honestly wouldn’t have expected you to ever see my video! So thank you to your friend Steven for letting you know. =) And thank you for commenting! It made me so happy to hear from you! 💕 💕
