Idea: if raiburu broke your bone (or going to) in front of a student council member- the student council member will pepper spray (or restrain) Raiburu. Maybe an idea is that when you befriend someone, they will pay attention to you when you pass by, and say hi or start a conversation, and to get out of the conversation, you have to do a type of mini game like with the sparring. And they may come looking for you to talk to you sometimes, which makes it a downside of befriending in yan sim. Same with enemies for example, they may pay attention to you, start gossiping about you, etc. This way the player will have downsides to making friends and enemies. There should be an exclusive cleverness bonus for Raibaru. To be clearer, when you stealthily kill Osana while Raibaru was distracted, she should be able to remind herself you were the only one remaining in the class so It is mathematically only Ayano that might have killed Osana. And, as a result, she would warm the police, detective club, and the last rival about the fact that Ayano might be a threat. Then It would drastically make murders harder throughout the whole game

What if Yandere Simulator starts off with a slice of life aesthetic, but as you eliminate more rivals, the game starts to turn more and more like a horror game to suit the whole “murder” thing

Honestly, great idea, especially since if you look at stories with 'yandere'/stalker stereotypes the beginning always has a facade of 'wholesome slice of life' which is slowly stripped away as more people become aware of the imminent threat, usually these stories are portrayed through the 'senpai' or a bystander who happens to be close to the main target, which gives a sense of dread for the unknown as more information is slowly revealed to the MC, and audience. Usually leading up to a climax of some sort, endings tend to vary though. I feel like Yan dev would need some bomb ass writers to convey this through the monster's view though, as the build-up of dread isn't really a thing since *you're* the monster so there's no real dramatic build-up, meaning more emphasis would need to be put on the victims, maybe senpai since if the player succeeds he's the only one who manages to get out alive. Another plausible way would be by having the school's overall atmosphere slowly dampen with different security measures, dialogues, or even school assemblies addressing recent murders and how to defend yourself if ever attacked.

You should add someone who is friends with Ayano. Maybe friends is not the right word for someone like Ayano but you know what I mean. Just a person who is close to you but not in a way like info-chan. She doesn't know about Ayano's murderous intents and her crush on Senpai. The friend could also maybe be used as a tool or maybe be a potential obstacle. Perhaps they'd be a character that is already in the game but befriends Ayano after week 1 or week 2 for example. She could also be invincible to any attacks and could have an importance in the story or something. Maybe something like that could be a cool addition and also make the game a bit more realistic.

I wish I could actually make friends... nobody in the game feels human, not even the main characters. Senpai is just a nice guy, with nothing else going for him. Like Info Chan, I wonder why I even like him. Yandere Chan is emotionless, with a motive that makes your brain hurt if you think too hard. Stereotypes aren't bad, but Osana doesn't feel real either. Just an obstacle. I feel like Yandere Chan. I don't care about them at all... that's why mass murders are so easy to commit. If I had someone I cared about, maybe I'd feel more bad about what I'm doing. Even animal crossing made me care about the islanders and the friends I made. There's only 1 way to make a friend with a rival, by the befriend route, and it shows me her feelings, but so what? I already poisoned your tea, bitch. Oh well!

Ayano isn't "yandere" at all, she's just an emotionless killer, typically yanderes are full of emotion, bubbly, social butterflies etc. They have tons of friends around the school, reputation is always above average and they have a lot of secret admirers

@IntelliPocalypse she can read emotions, as in the intro, she see's other people feel anger, sadness, happy ECT, and wants to feel those feelings too too, meaning she knows what others feel. And gaining friends would help in yandere simulator, like when you kill Osana some info pops up and some lines say something along the lines of "you could try gaining some friends while you wait for the 10 rivals" (can't remember that well) implying that gaining friends will help, so this idea is a good idea.

Just a suggestion: you can add a feature where the player can befriend osana and Raibaru where Osana starts trusting yandere as soon as possible but raibaru doubts yandere. So either the player has to win raibaru’s trust by spending time and doing tasks or create a conflict between osana and raibaru by damaging osana’s reputation in school or by damaging her bond with senpai but blaming it on raibaru or maybe manipulating raibaru into doing so which will result in osana and raibaru being separated giving the player a chance to eliminate osana but the obstacle now is: raibaru becoming even more cautious of the player as she knows her true intentions now. Raibaru stalks osana everywhere and desperately finds chances to alert her about the player’s intentions( you can keep this event random so that the gamers will be cautious all the time) and to prevent this, yandere(the player) can either brainwash osana into thinking that raibaru just wants bad for her or eliminating osana as soon as possible. Raibaru can gossip about yandere with other students resulting into her reputation being damaged or maybe the other students can also sometimes alert osana about the player. btwww i

Maybe for a Scripted Event, Amai is preparing a full course meal for Senpai for him to review her baking skills. While she's in the Cooking Club, she will be scrubbing and cleaning out the Oven so that it won't be messy when dishing up her food. Exactly when she is scrubbing out the oven, Yan-Chan will sneak up behind her, and shove her inside the oven. Turn on the oven, and listen to her screams while she begs for help. It's a sadistic kill and a bit over the top, but also just an idea.
