What size hone do you use?

I hope you checked valve lash before tearing it down. Also, you put oil in it after dry test and run comp test again.

We did check the valve lash, but if you watch this week's video, we found a mistake we made and fix it up.

I”ve got a quad 250, runs great until it gets hot then is hard to crank , progressively as it warms up, will run the battery down , runs great in cool weather but now, in summer heat and humidity it gets hot and runs rough, any ideas of remedy?

when you put the cam and timing chain back in. do you have to do any thing specfic so it doest get off time?
