Fixing the driven wheels on my Motec lawn mower

Last year, the driven wheels on my Motec lawn mower broke.
And now it's finally time to rectify this issue, so mowing the grass can hopefully continue a bit easier :)
FYI: The mower is a German made Motec MB X53SH, with a replacement motor. And that that why the blade is fitting so poorly.

That's so true, but it is fun when you manage to fix something :) Unfortunately, even after adjusting the cable and belt, the R.W.D. is not as good as I hoped.
