Note, that on every jump dude turned his head to look forward instead of blind landing. He's close to getting it down.

i noticed this too. I imagine Nev told him this but some people have a real hard time applying info in the moment. Liam clearly made progress and thats probably due to other info/tips to help. Thats the sign of a great teacher, not relying on one way to convey information to progress someone. Liam definitely got better at 360s but he never learned how to land them blind. I wonder if he would have focused back 180s first and then did front 3s if he would have been more comfortable with the rotation in the air.
