Everyone has sinned and we all fall short of God’s moral standard. And so the payment for our sins is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. So declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, and you will be saved.

Some years ago I luxated my shoulder, and since then it has been incredibly difficult for me to recruit my back, and maybe this is holding me back to activating my muscles properly as sometimes retractions my shoulder blades from an overhead position causes impingement on the back of my shoulders. I'll apply these tips before doing pull ups. Thanks, doc!
@David-McCormick Жыл бұрын
I always prep my lats before pull ups. They can be a bit stubborn to start sometimes.
@chrisespinosa4729 Жыл бұрын
Most folks need to work scaps then lats, with the lats being the larger muscles in this pull the smaller muscles, and where the pain was, arent engaging like they should. If you look at John's back, he has larger lats than other muscles in the back, but his scaps would pull second, lats first, which is not how the contraction should work (watch vids of gymnasts) but firing those smaller muscles first in warm ups would be a good addition

I remember having this problem years ago and I thought it had to my rear delts being weaker and muscle imbalances or not being strong enough. But then I got stronger and could do strict many reps easily, I addressed the muscle imbalances but it still didn't go away. I stopped working out altogether for like 2 years due to personal reasons and when I went back I didn't have that problem anymore and I haven't had that problem since, I don't know why it fixed itself
