199$ on sale for mine! 249.00 regular back in the day! Best saw for money ever made for me! Have it still running to this day! My bar is toasted like that too! But a bar squaring tool cleaned mine up! Picco chain cuts great!

This saw is missing the "summer"/ "winter" plastic baffle that should be located between the spark plug & air filter. This baffle has a low position, for winter, to allow pre-heated air into the air filter & carb. This prevents carb icing in winter & the saw will run more smoothly. For summer, the baffle is set in the high position to prevent hot air from entering the carb. Without the baffle (as shown in the video, you essentially have the saw set up for winter operation. Running it this way in warm/hot temperatures (above 40 F, per Stihl), will damage the saw! Beware.

The plastic is busted and missing where the baffle rests. I purchased this saw used and cheap. I'm not to worried about it. But I do appreciate this comment.
