Fixing Xbox Series X/S Internet Wi-Fi Connection Issues

I dont know why anyone isnt showing this out of all the steps they are this works for me literally every single time! Find wifi right away right after, for getting your wifi doesnt help me at all! But this does😊😊 Go to xbox settings, then to network settings, click advanced options, I think 3rd one down says, "alternate mac address" click that, click clear mac address, your xbox will restart and WA LAH, find a your wifi everytime your welcome.😊

I need help. My Xbox one is not connecting to Microsoft Xbox live. It says it’s connected but will not sign in to the Xbox. Keeps looping back to the sign in screen. Here's the issue I was facing and it still not been fixed: 1. I usually connect my xbox series x(XSX) to the WiFi hotspot which my phone shared, lets called wifiX. 2. There is another WiFi hotspot called wifiY, my XSX do connect to it before, but it's NAT was limited. 3. Sometime I turn off wifiX when charging my phone, or go out and take phone away, so now XSX doesn't have WiFi, or it should connect to wifiY auto. (that's I expected) 4. When I back to home and turned wifiX on again, my XSX will not connect to any WiFi hotspot, and it will not find any WiFi hotspot even I press X to refresh again and again, the WiFi list will keep empty. 5. All I can do is reboot my XSX to solve this problem, until next time I turned wifiX off or take my phone away.

Turn off the console and unplug the power cable from the wall outlet. Let it stay unplugged for at least 2-3 minutes. Once you plug in the power cable, HOLD the SYNC and EJECT button at the same time and press the POWER BUTTON. Don't let go of the SYNC and EJECT button until you see a Troubleshooter Menu pop up on screen. Once you are on the menu, select RESET THIS XBOX Then choose KEEP GAMES AND APPS.

DNS worked for me. But I was wondering what caused it to mess up in the first place. Turned out it was my WiFi providers parental controls. I accidentally clicked games so it blocked the use of the Xbox.

My Series X has terrible download speeds my PS5 can download 80gbs off WiFi in about 10 minutes I believe that some Xbox Series X consoles come with defective slow WiFi cards I have a mesh system so I took one of my WiFi extenders that I don’t normally use because my main router is fast enough for all my devices and I hooked up a Ethernet cable to my Xbox and then hooked up the other end to my extender so the connection is still off WiFi but the Xbox thinks it’s wired and it uses my extenders WiFi instead and man that boosted my download speeds up to 530 mbps it confirms my suspicions that it’s a bad WiFi card there is no settings that can fix this issue
