The backbone of the PPE fuel system upgrades is our Electric Fuel Lift Pump. Capable of pumping up to 160 gallons of fuel per hour, it is compatible with bio, low, and ultra low sulfur diesel fuels. Recommended for tunes of 225 HP and above, the PPE Electric Fuel Lift Pump is a key component in any high-performance fuel system. Rather than pulling fuel like the factory CP3 does, The PPE Electric Fuel Lift Pump pushes fuel through the lines and filter, thus eliminating the possibility of air being drawn into the system, and/or fuel restrictions from occurring. This is a great little pump. Average about 2 years of life. Keep your system clean and it'll last as long as you want it to

Ive tried everything to stop my lb7 from leaking off fuel pressure overnight I sure hope this will prevent the priming 4 or 5 times every morning

We’re adding 6 CV515’s with Duramax to our fleet. They’ll get high milage and be pushing around 14,000 gvw regularly. I’ve added oil bypass to my Ram 3500, is there something(s) we can do to help the longevity of the motor besides sticking to the OEM PM schedule?

Does the pump not take a filter to keep the fuel and water separated.And if i wanted to upgrade my lly to a 64 mil turbo would this work.

The PPE lift pump is a great upgrade to compliment tuning if you are running out of fuel, and yes if the turbo is sized correctly for what your HP goals are, I would suggest a lift pump such as the PPE.

I think what you are seeing is the inlet plug on the pump. That is removed and fuel fittings are installed.

Wiring schematic is provided, but it will have constant power to relay then a key on power for power to the pump.

Can the constant go straight to the battery, I figured out the other two power wires can go to the engine bay fuse box with a couple add a fuses

Yeah. I put a FASS on my truck, and it's made a night-and-day difference! Take a look at the "cold start" video that I put on my channel and let me know what you think!

The other systems may be an overkill. As an aerospace engineer, all that is needed is a pump to push from the pick up at the base of the tank which is where they are all located.

Stock filtration can be changed out to cat filters for 50-100 bucks. And this would just be a conjunction pump. Helps prevent cp3 damage from working to hard. The only thing better about the other is they are a air purge and filtration system that pressurized the full system. This just pressurized the system which adds in air purge. It’s less than half the price of the big pumps. And for $100 you get the same level of filtration atleast super close to it.
