Hi, thanks for your video. I have a few questions, if you can provide some advice, that would be great. The trim on the top of my door is separating, it is wood, how would I seal it back together. Also my baseboards and a shelf are coming apart from the wall, do you have any advice? Maybe caulking, if so what caulking should I use? I have pictures, but not sure how to upload them. Really good, clear directions. The door trim in my bathroom got wet and disintegrated. What happened? No proper caulking? It looks horrible. How to fix?

Use PVC trim. If not make sure your trim has a nice even coating of paint. Your bathroom may be getting too humid, make sure you have a bathroom fan and it is used after a shower.

A small tip, never hold the trim or wood near where that nail is going in the wall.. I had one bounce out sideways and nearly go through my thumb. I think it hit the spike nail that was in the 2x4 frame and bounce back out but it came out sideways about 6 inches right towards my thumb. I was lucky it just scrapped off the tip of my thumb a bit but easily would have went right through my thumb nail if it was any closer.
