Fjallraven Abisco Lite 1 Stitching issues?

When my abisco was delivered, it had the inner attached... I have had it out in Gale force winds , blizzards ant torrential rain, never had a problem with it... Take care out there.

Might be worth taking a look to see how the stitching looks. 👍

@mokotramp sometimes I remove the inner when drying it ( I don't have space to erect it , so I hang it ) ... I don't have issues with stitching, though i never alter the attachment points... have had it a couple of years now. had it up mountains in 60 mph winds it stood strong and is as trust worthy today as the day it arrived... I have a collection of tents from the oex bobcat,to the hilleberg solou black label .. my abisco is my favourite... Take care out there.

I never got on with the Bobcat, I much prefer the Phoxx 2, cracking little tent, albeit a little heavy and the vestibule could be bigger, but for 79 quid you can't argue! I've also got a Lanshan 1 which is outstanding! I've just picked up a Vango Helium UL 2, looks quite promising! 👍

@@mokotramp I love the bobcat its a tank , you can sit up in it, the zip configuration on the door is great, waterproofness is great.. never tried the phox , like you I worry about the vestibule, not being able to sit up would annoy me... I have the lanshan 2, have had that for a few yrs now... it's pretty much my summer tent.. let us know how the helium pans out , iam interested in some of the vangos ...

​​@@littlegrandadoutdoorsPitched it this evening, looks good! Plenty of space inside, and I reckon it will make a great 3/4 season shelter, it pretty much pins to the ground like the Abiscoe! I've tied the inner bungees to the fly so it pitches in one, rather than having to pull them out to the fly pegs. The main pole guylines are a little on the short side, but the inner tension band system really seems to lock that pole down, so I'm optimistic it should handle the wind quite well? Maybe that's why the guys are on the short side? I can't say I'm overly impressed with the inner doors, and the zips feel a little delicate. I think my mate's Abiscoe door system spoilt me! 😂 Over all it looks like a nice bikepacking shelter... it's 1.42kg on my scales, and a pack length of just 30cm x 14cm. There's plenty of space, will make a great 1p shelter for extended rides/hikes! Can't really complain for 239 quid! It is easy to criticise the material and build quality against the Abiscoe, but that's over double the price, is it 'double' the shelter? I know one thing, there's way more space in the Helium, but then the Abiscoe is a true 1p shelter, and this is a 2! I hate to say it, but the materials and the construction aren't as good as my 3F Lanshan! 😑
