According to a leak, the maps will have a day/night cycle. Would be nice if DICE were to actually confirm this though.

They did suggest back when that first mentioned the weather that dynamic day/night cycles might make an appearance I reckon you're right in this case about the storm, but I also believe the time of day will change over the course of a fight

The vector in the elevator scene changes it’s ammo count not only in its magazine, but it’s reserve ammo too. This might mean that different magazines can hold different ammo types. Maybe things like hollow points or armor-piercing ammunition?

1 thing i noticed, as im sure many many others have as well, is that when the player jumps off the skyscraper as Sundance and they use the wingsuit. the wingsuit doesnt actually take up a gadget slot. so it might replace or modify the parachute? or perhaps you have 2 options when falling, 1 for wingsuit and another for the parachute.

There are a few things id like to mention: According to jack the compass apparently is visible only during ads and its probably not removed from trailer(in stadium u can see it again during ads) And for day night cycle,as much as id love to see it im afraid what we saw in trailer was not a night version but a sandstorm effect since it blocks ur vision and sunlight.

I think it's not a day night cycle, but just the storm coming in. Being inside a sand storm is like being right at the end of dusk, it's super dark.

At 11:50 the gun with GL is scar pattern. Either L or H. Barrel length lands me toward L but the H is known to have a short barrel option

They didn’t forget to hide the compass btw. Its just a feature that when you aim thats when the compass shows up. Probably part of some kind of ping function. Also I love how you mention Floppy_Ragdoll. Love that guy. He plays with a KZbinr called Teo :)

THIS is the video I was waiting for. Superb as always! By the way, did you notice in min 14:07 the Specialist Mackay on the left, inside the lift, seems like he is holding an AN-94 assault rifle (or the future version). You can tell by the slightly angled magazine, the 90 degrees hand guard and the very characteristic round muzzle (the responsible for the double shot - one recoil system). So another weapon confirmed. Love your vids and content!

I dont think its night later in the trailer. Its just the sandstorm engulfed the players and the city. Look at the chain of events when the tank lands the advancing storm is right behind them and when they roll out it gets dark.

It's not night, it's the sandstorm. and you see enemies on the minimap if they shoot without a suppressor aswell as if you look right at them, i believe that information is shared. Awesome video though and looking forward to more

I really don't want the Condor to only have flares, I hope it has some sort of weapon for the pilot. I also hope the suppressors don't kill your bullet velocity like they did in BF4. Lastly, please make calling in vehicles require points. Squad leaders should really be the only ones that can do that as well.

7:56 neither you or jackfrags point out the ammo refill that seems to happen during magazine change... From 26/42 to 51/153 is not just a simple upscaling of total ammo (in case these are different rounds with different damage values). The reserve ammo after magazine change is higher in relation to the magazine clip. The question is whether a passive resupply happens or if this an abusable mechanic in the alpha state of the game.

So far I’ve liked what I’ve seen from the trailer. And obviously that’s the point of it, to hook us. But there are still many things that worry me. Is the game still going to feel like battlefield, is the biggest. With additions like tactical sprint, operators, and unlimited customization (as in a medic with a sniper rifle and rocket launcher), it makes it seem as if the devs thought it was a good idea to take elements from other games like MW19, BO3, and Siege and believe the game would still be battlefield. As much as I want this game to be the big hit I’ve been waiting for, I can’t help but be put on alert by such additions as, in my own opinion, it makes it less battlefield and more of an amalgamation of CoD, Siege, MW, and BF. Personally, I don’t want that, I want battlefield. Feel free to critique my analysis and provide feedback.
