I was just noticing that. Her elevation is exceptional, most female damcers don't have that ability. Both of them are incredible athletes and their artistic expression is perfect too. My most favourite dancers ever!

What I love about this, aside from the extraordinary performances, is the 'music hall' aspect of it. I don't believe ballet originated as effete entertainment for the elite. The performers are playing to the crowd and love the adulation. This is art for the masses.

They are both AMAZING! When seeing them dance together, I always get the feeling they are competing with each other. After completing their turn, when they each hold out their arm presenting the other, it's almost as if they're saying, "Top that!"

После Осиповой этот балет в исполнении деревянных балерин смотреть не будешь. Лучше бы вообще бы не позорились. Смотреть не на кого. Вообще что у нас с балетом происходит?

С балетом ничего не происходит. Просто Осипова - уникальный феномен, таких балерин, как она никогда не было раньше и нет сейчас, кроме нее. Возможно, в будущем такой феномен повторится еще раз, а возможно и нет. Но если мы хотим, чтобы балет продолжал существовать, мы не можем принимать Осипову за эталон, поскольку ее уровень для других недостижим.
