I LOVE this game! You can see the passion the designer put into it by making some free additions (solo player and the tour mode of combining races as well as the special powers/ character differentiation.) Solo player rules are actually a blast and mixed in with the tour. I could play this game everyday! The only downside is the really cheap and junky plastic models that fall off the bikes all the time. They look cool but are pretty poorly made! I am likely to make my own minis/ replace the ones they sent. I love the Dice Tower as well as SU&SD, but Tom Vassel is out to lunch on his review of this game! God Bless!!!

I think so, he may need a little coaching the first few games, and maybe a but with the hills added in, but it is dead simple to play. Simplicity, game length, strategy and Fun = Home Run!!!! This to me is the 'essential' race game everyone should own. Is it the "BEST" race game ever? No! but its so easy to play and teach, no charts to look up, calculations, etc. I would recon this is as complex as Ticket to Ride. Such a great game!

You guys make this look like fun. I really like the idea of exhaustion cards, though it would be nice if hazards and curves were elements in the game too. Given I'm the only cyclist in my gaming group I'm not sure this game will be a winner. I'm sure I'll like it ok, but what were the opinion of non-cyclists? Thanks

Im not a cyclist in real life, and I love it. Its a quick, clever reverse deck building 'bluffing' game really. The designer added solo rules and a 'tour' campaign with character powers (free as well, just get it off BGG). Slipstream/ drafting mechanics are neat. The best part is the replay ability, as all tiles can be flipped over and build your own track. Rules are dead simple, some neat strategy and clever timing needed to overtake and gun to the end. Some people claim there can be a runaway leader (someone who takes off at the start and wins), but I've never seen that before! All games are tense and tight for us! I personally LOVE IT! This isn't probably the most Realistic race game, but for length, fun, and ease of play = Home Run! God Bless!
