@@HrvojeGrahovac Actually, this is the case with most movie tie-in media, which often allows certain cut ideas to be preserved for unsuspecting audiences. For example: The first LEGO Star Wars game was made to tie in with Episode III, and thus contains small oddities in certain scenes in that section compared to the film. These include Anakin killing Dooku unprompted, clones disguised as Jedi in front of the temple, and Anakin’s lightsaber turning red during the final duel w/Obi-Wan.

6:20 In Uncaged Edition he also has few different looks. In intro cutscene, if you count it, that takes place in the future, Logan is wearing his torn X-Men movie jacket over his regular clothes. In the actual game when you start in mission in Africa, he gets his military suit, then his village clothes when you fight Sabretooth the first time. Then, in escape sequence from the lab he is almost naked but with metal pipes around his body, then a bit later he gets his casual clothes, and in mission where you have to fight gambit he gets his leather jacket. But, if you collect all of the hidden collectable statues and beat the challenges mode, then you can unlock his classic suit from comic book, legendary brown suit and grey and black x-force suit. And as many of us I played Uncaged Edition on PC. I beat it so many times that I decided to play the same save file and complete it, unlocking and upgrading everything. And thanks to that in my save file Logan now basically immortal. Nothing can kill him by any normal means, except maybe if you fail some QTE sections or fall in to the pit. So yeah, I love this game. It is amazing!

In the DS version there are a few different unlockable outfits too. At the end of the game there's even a flash foreward were Wolverine has his classic suit and he shread a sentinel to pieces. There's also unlockable comic book outfits for all the villians/bosses too, like Deadpool's classic red suit.

The rumor about the totally different wolverine game is true. I follow a site in my country and years ago the admin was invited in a trip to Raven studios and they confirmed it and told them how it was meant to be a wolverine game and then the higher ups told to make it tie in with the movie so the team put together the already ready levels and work to the rest of the game and I have to say it's One of the best movie tie in of that era.

Meanwhile the Raven software had mostly finish the game while the movie was still under production, so they had ALOT of time in their hands, which they used to polish the game.

Pretty sure this game was going to tell the story of Logan in the past and then tell a days of future past story. The opening scene hints at this. Logan doesn't look like Hugh. Pretty sure that was the model they were going to go with and had the scene made already. Until they were told to make it a tie in. The end scene shows logan looking out into a destroyed city being run by sentinels. I think the end scene was originally part of the opening scene and would set up the game being set in africa as flash backs and then jump to the present of a ruined world over run by sentinels.
