That flash bluff in game 2 was CRAZY, those are the type of things I'd never think about
@HeneLv4 ай бұрын
I was wondering like what is he doing? Then you realize he's just trying to get counters out. It's actually a super smart play especially after how quick game 1 was making the opponent think it's gameover if they don't use counter right away in game 2.

Fun fact! This is exactly what the sideboard Quirion Dryad's were for. The player who won GP Flash Hulk (Steve Sadin) basically played Counterbalance Tempo against all the mirror matches and that transformation was one of the big reasons he was so successful when the entire field (basically) was playing this combo deck.

We use to do post game chats but got severely punished by the youtube algorithm. Only about 20% of the viewers would stick around for the post-match analysis and youtube only it as 80% of the people leaving the video at the same moment and assumed there was something problematic about it, so would then hide the videos from searches. That's why we cut exactly at the end of the game now

Could you post the post game commentary as a seperate video without being punished? I think people would watch it
@CardmarketMagic3 ай бұрын
@theringdk unfortunately, that would be equally bad for the algorithm. It means 1/3 of our videos would be content that only a small amount of viewers that have already watched one other specific video would care about, meaning they would only get a fraction of the views. If your videos fluctuate a lot in success, youtube also holds back on showing your content. Essentially, the youtube algorithm really encourages you to make as much of your content as generically likable as possible 😅
