I can't believe they said no to the first one!!! The amount of time and effort that was put into it. It was clever, funny, and entertaining. How is it not right for AGT? It's perfect for AGT in my opinion. I'm sure it would have been given 4 yeses on BGT. They should go to that show and try again.

Honestly, I think most of these flash mobs have to be scripted. It's clear that all of the production team is in on it. Otherwise, how could they get all the right people in all the right seats in the audience, mics in hand, access to the box office seat in balcony (singers and guitarist), permission to do confetti, and the list goes on. There's no way all those musicians were able to bring their instruments in and sit right behind the judges without the crowd noticing and murmuring. Especially a tuba! I almost wonder if they have lights telling the audience to boo like they do for talk or game shows. I guess I just don't have faith that much of anything on TV these days is genuine, without scripting.

Loved the first one. However, it did feel a little like they were trying to follow in the footsteps of the 2nd flash mob in this video, which was, in my opinion, more polished. A different, more creative intro may have made the world of difference. I DID like the cameraman, though.

I can understand the surprise not being there anymore with a flash mob....but this is a talent show? It isnt who can shock the judges the most. While having a shocking performance can definitely help plus the talent. The entire point of a TALENT show is to perform what you may consider a talent. And sorry to say but. The first performance showed talent. 1. The singers were good 2. The band was good 3. The work and ability it takes to put together so many people and have everything timed out good is a talent itself 4. Their name is literally Improv everything.... assuming they did in fact improv it or even if they didnt all of them getting together and performing together like that was talent. It isnt like they were genuinely awful and an earbleed to listen to (if u dont like the genre of music thats ok, but it still wasnt awful) Its upsetting. I can understand loosing that sense of surprise with recurring flash mobs. But the talent is still there. And it should be recognized that even if you are expecting a flash mob, that doesn't mean u loose the experience. U can respect the work it took to put everything together and the performance itself. Again. Its a talent show. Not a who can shock the judges most everytime. One of the recurring issues with shows like this. Another example of how messed up these are is the girl who did ventriloquism. I'm sorry for not remembering her name rn. In a later performance when she was older on agt she tried to change her act up to be a bit more representative of her now. Rather than just ventriloquism. It was a good act. But one of the judges said no basically because she was stuck in the past and didnt like how she changed up her act. Honestly celebrities really need reality checks sometimes. I mean i used to hate simon the most but now i hate sofia and howie- (unfortunate cause i actually would enjoy sofias acting roles sometimes)

The problem with flash mob auditions, is that once the surprise is gone, thats it. which is why they can't get past the audition stages, there is nothing bigger they can do
