This is common in laptop. Most time it doesn't go upto the max watt.

@@bodybag5664 I have some fix which worked for me. Go to graphics setting in the windows setting & turn off Hardware accelerated GPU and in nvidia setting set everything to low. Finally in game setting set everything to low or medium, if you want a decent graphics. The first part is a must for smooth experience.

Yes you can but it's pretty useless from what I've tried. Just follow the process shown in this video but serious discretion is advised.

@@saisandeep2289 If u find vbios of same company as ur GPU you can flash that one but if not even other company's will work. But beware of flashing wrong vbios as it will brick your gpu.

I am not too sure may be a little bit but your pc might become unstable. So not recommended. But if your cooling system has too much room to spare then go ahead.
