I wouldn’t change out any kf the cast of them, not even Ezra Miller as a pure match/contrast to the rest of the cast, who were clearly new 52 inspired hyper-serious versions of themselves. When I first saw this in the theater, the first time he does the naruto running, I was like "...tha fuq!? Why is he doing that?!?" but then when he does it the second time in the jungle, and Arthur calls him out on it, it hit me "oh! right! He's used to swimming so he'd keep his arms to his sides for speed!" Which made me laugh with delight at that tiny detail, actually making sense in context.

Based on my at home rating, this movie wasn't as bad as everyone was saying and I actually liked it BUT I can understand not liking it if you paid 20+ dollars to watch it in theaters
