@Jim Palmer I respect your opinion. But It' will not changed mine. This video was great. It's sad that there are so many sour, joyless, bitter, resentful, cowards, who don't have the courage get out there and make something that is just fun, inclusive and pleasure to watch. Some would rather just criticise and find things to complain about. I would definitely buy him a coffee, and wish him well.

In my 80 years, I have seen the integrity of the world and our nation fall apart... but it's young people like these that give me hope for the future. Thank you so much for letting your passion give this old man a lift!!!
If being a Millennial (I was born in 1986, in Los Angeles California) has taught me anything, it's that you are only as old as you feel. It's like that song originally sung by Frank Sintara, "And if you should survive to a hundred and five, Look at all you'll derive out of being alive, And here is the best part, you have a head start, If you are among the very young at heart." Also, Paul McCartney wrote "When I'm 64" when he was 12. Us Millennials had great examples in your generation. My dad used to play me 'oldies but goodies' all the time growing up in the 1990s. It's because of him that I could tell you about Percy Sledge, Etta James, Billie Holiday, Chuck Berry, Sister Rosetta Tharpe, Richie Valens, Annette Hanshaw, The Wrecking Crew, the Beatles by the time I was eight. We cherish the cultural impact you've left behind for us to treasure, and treasure it, we absolutely do. ❤❤

The most beautiful song ever .🎼 I'm sure Freddie loved this.

This really touched me, magic harmonies, lead singing wow, but whoever recorded it, an unsung hero or two , setting up mics, mixing , editing , pretty good acoustics in that hall methinks

I'm speechless!!! As soon as the singing started a chill went down my spine and I got goosebumps. Both the singers have lovely voices. This is amazing!!!

It's so great to see that the other students stopped and watched! This would be great if they do this regularly. Lunch will always be more than just eating and chatting but fully entertaining as well!

As a child of the 60s, I've worried about today's youth. Then I saw this video.........the kids are alright!! Long live rock & roll

As another child of the 60s I *REALLY* misunderstood what a flash mob would do. I mean yeah, the singining etc was very nice. But it was still not Hair or Oh Calcutta ...................... IYSWIM ......................... Disappointing

I was blown away. The harmonies of these guys really brings out this classic song. Would give even Freddie Mercury a run for his money. Subscribed and Belled.

In 2019, 28 years after the death of Freddie Mercury, a group of university students who weren't alive the day he died did a flash mob with one of his songs. That is an indication of the musical genius of the man and I think he would have loved hearing his song like this so long after it was released.

Thomas Neal. That ain't no shit! Great music is great music! Freddie woulda been stoked that his songs can still move people!! Gives me hope,just a little,for this generation!
@tomcline56314 жыл бұрын
@Jim Palmer I was commenting more on the fact that people are still moved and inspired by the amazing Music,not necessarily the performance. The boy lead was pretty damn good,but you're correct. The little girl had a very nice voice ,but she's one of those singers that has to do all the runs and crap. Overdone and always makes me think that their ear isn't up to sustaining a note for any amount of time and stay in tune.
