Hello can I lay on my back on floors without any pillow and bed while watching phone for as many hours I can..will that make my head get flatter little bit? I'm 18 age..please reply

It’s only for babies because they’re skulls are soft and still developing

No. Your heads already formed and won't change shape. This happens to toddlers with growing skulls

No, the cranial sutures have already hardened. Cranial reshaping can only happen when an infant is less than six months old, if you are older than that the only option left is plastic surgery. So if you ever see a baby with a misshaped skull please inform the parents to take measures to prevent it(cranial remolding and other treatments).
