I think pushing a pram might be a speed hack - it's like motor pacing. Maybe you could get one and stick Rupert in?

As a buggy runner, it is a speed hack but only when you get rid of the buggy! It’s excellent training.

Haha yeah I’ve always thought my stride looks slow, I have quite low cadence but long stride 🤷‍♂️

I remember making a similar comment from one your Tri’s last year. It’s a very deceptive style you have but ultimately efficient and works well for you. 💪🏻
