Robert Harvey it’s a system that and Audi and other manufacturers use and I’ll very front wheel drive biased, On this generation it’s up to 95% of its power and torque to the front wheels unless there’s a cause for traction being needed then and when in when it will distribute up to 50/50 spilt power and torque depending on the driving conditions it’s a actually a very very sophisticated differential system it’s uses torque vectoring which utilizes and open differential in the front and depending on traction it’s suppose to distribute the power and torque evenly but will not exceed 50/50 spilt . I have 2019 AUDI TTRS will some of the same bull ons as my car and these cars amazing off a strip , but we’re it’s disappointing is a circuit track there’s massive under-steer which is terrifying and can not be manipulated buying sprints suspension mods to make the vehicle feel more RWD bias you can also buy a haldex controller and you can put I think it’s up to 60/40 spilt , but I don’t think these cars the driveline and everything will be okay driving that function . Car manufacturers use this also because it can maintain lightweight AWD and extremely good gas mileage with having a function of being AWD while maintaining most of the power to the front off the vehicle.

Can you clarify why they crack? Is it because of heat expansion under pressure?

@@CGMediaproductions Most drilled rotors are just blanks that have been drilled which reduces the mass of the rotor and therefore the ability to handle heat, so they end up being brittle and cracking. Anymore with the pad technology they have now it isn't necessary to have drilled/slotted rotors because the compounds reduce out-gassing to almost zero. A high quality high carbon solid rotor will out perform a cheap drilled rotor any day. If you like the look of drilled rotors just use a high quality rotor such as brembo where they are cast with the holes.
