Well you saved me the time of trying it on my 2 small tires on my zero turn mower. I bought the stuff a year ago for a truck tire and never used it so I figure I would use it on my mower tires now. Looks like I better just go get 2 tubes for them. Thanks for saving me the time.

Nobody talked bad about the slime until the one in a bag came out. I used the slime for many, many yrears. It works good.

I've added it to my fat tire ebike, and it never works. Also added tuffy tire liners, but still get flats. Huge nails and screws puncture both. Even got a flat only 5 minutes into my ride after fixing a previous flat. And they always happen to the back tire, never the front. I'm about ready to walk my 5 mile commute with a vacuum and a metal detector and just clear any debris I see.

lol! That sucks! As a kid we used to go on all day trail rides and brought a patch kit and wrenches and a bike pump. Fixed many flats in the middle of nowhere.

Well, I have that same size container of Slime in my garage right now. I'll probably go ahead and use it to see if it helps, but I'm not too hopeful. I have one tire on my lawn mower that stays up well, but the other 3 perpetually lose air. I was hoping that Slime would solve the problem.

Well for one you're supposed to have the tire vertical for. 2 you're supposed to drive it around when you use that stuff a little bit at least a 1/4 mile and it never hurts to add a little bit more you're supposed to make it go all the way flat have it at 6:00 and then you add it and then you pump it up and then if you have any obstructions in the tires supposed to pull those out if you can

Well in the video I show filling it vertical. Then I talk about how I drove it around. Then I refilled the one tire again and showed it in the video on the workbench and described how I was going to try to ensure getting the slime around the bead. In case it was leaking there. Then I drove it some more. This was a real life test of a product with measurable results. After carefully reading the actual instructions that were conveniently affixed to the side of the bottle. I followed said instruction set and did every step as instructed. It’s unfortunate that the product didn’t work. The saying goes “if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is”

What kind if flats did you have? Its obviously not going to work on a dry rotted tire, or tires with rips in the sidewall. Did you pull the tubes and look at them immerse them in water to see what kind of damage you had?

That bottle is made for large leaks not small leaks use the bottle. Use the 2in1 for small leaks and cracks. and I would recommend filling your tire full of air close to the max PSI for seating the bead so the high-pressure pushes all the small particles into the cracks and then reducing your pressure to the correct pressure do not drive on the tire when the pressure is that high just rotate it in your hands

I think my ebike tire is leaking around the bead from taking it unto the shed without a ramp. Will drive it around like crazy and tilt it and leave an update.

A screw punctured the back tire of my car. I put slime in it and never took the screw out. The tire lasted more than a year.
