The Ramattra ultimate is pretty sick tho, great for brawls and capping the point. Seems like it can last forever in Bronze and Silver where everyone is in proximity of each other but also no one kills anyone at all

I actually started to play him this way and It’s actually been working out for me. Just completed a Rialto game with 14K damage and 11K damage mitigated. The way I use him is I’m mainly on my omnivore form to do damage from range while also using shield to close the distance from the enemy. I only use Nemesis form when enemies get close OR when I need to close the distance myself, I first use his shield and then vortex to slow the enemies down and punish them close range. :D

Also I feel like they should add a new feature to help him survive more. He doesn’t have any movement ability and his block is not the best, so maybe a life suck while in Ult? Would be interesting

I’ve been playing him non stop and from the little experience I’ve gotten, every enemy Ramattra I encounter use Nemesis just because it doesn’t have that long of a cooldown, but I don’t really use it a ton. His omnic form literally has a TANK of a shield which I use before AND after I engage/disengage fights. It’s all about finding the right tempo and make the most out of both forms and not just swap to Nemesis just because you can, because let’s be honest, he has to be on the enemies’ faces to deal damage because the range is not that forgiving AND everyone will literally target you, it’s funny how he even says it himself, I believe it goes something like (They will target me, so let them”, sooo 😂😂😂

I think the reason his nemesis is not as powerful and threatening as it SHOULD be is because you get a HUGE hit box, but the fact that you have block as an ability is honestly not that great. I think removing the self slow when using it would be cool I guess, maybe even add a feature where he heals his nemesis armor or gets a speed boos based on damage blocked?

I think rammatra is going to take some time for people to learn how to play him for ex winton saw no play time in 2016 but when the 2017 dive meta was established everyone then understood why blizzard said Winston was the best tank. It just took a while for people to learn how to play him.

i assume youre new to the game? Yes, Ana's nano gives 50% to DAMAGE of a character. If it does damage its getting the boost. Same with mercy's blue beam she gives a 30% boost to DAMAGE. They stack, so he got a 80% boost. His punches do 60 and ult does 30 per second. So boosted he was doing 108 per punch while sapping 54 per second. Very strong since it lasted so long lol
