Flats has the ability to break into variety because his personality and character are much bigger then just the game he plays. I hope Flats realizes that almost all of us are here for the fun times and funny moments and not just to watch him flatten his opponents in an OW match. Part of this I think comes from how open and friendly Flats presents himself to his chat. I really feel like Flats is a rare type of content creator that really has the potential for amazing growth regardless of what he chooses to do with his stream. Many other content creators get trapped to trends and games that they started out in however Flats just shows unparalleled potential. I think that it might take some time for him to reach his full potential initially due to the growing pains that comes from the transition into variety. However I think that will be a small bump in the road compared to the long path of success he could realize as a creator. Honestly I can't wait to see Flats grow even more and I hope to see him become a household name like many other huge streamers. Much love to the man who inspires us all.

The direction overwatch has gone has broken my heart. I started playing in 2018, and I've put around 2,000 hours into the game. I was never a PC FPS player before, but I put hours and hours into feeling competent at this game. It made me feel good to be 'the carry', etc. I was so excited for Overwatch 2 and PVE. Watching your videos has been a constant for me since around 2019. You filled the content void Blizzard left, and I'm not the only person who feels this way. You worked so hard for this game and believed in it more than Blizzard has in a long time. Between the PVE and Widow nerfs (she's my favorite :( Most of my hours have been working on improving my Widow.), I'm finally done with the game. It's just left me so broken-hearted, and I've had to accept Overwatch is never going to be Overwatch, again. It's lost the magic. But I'm sticking with you, because I genuinely believe you're one of the best humans streaming on twitch, and that's more important than an IP. Your support of marginalized communities and willingness to be vocal for them is incredible. You worked so hard for this game for so little return from it (the community's support of you aside.). You deserve to play things that make you as happy as your content has made other people.

The last part is especially important. I've only discovered flats sometime last year, but damn, even watching these few snippets from his past days shows a noticeable difference in how excited he used to get for the game then compared to now. I think he really needs to move on and do stuff that genuinely brings him fun and happiness again. I've stopped playing OW myself, but I enjoy watching Flats' react to stuff and listen to his stories and whatever he has to offer other than OW.

Especially in the OW community. It’s a popular game overall, but: the twitch viewer counts are not as high as one would expect. And honestly imo that’s mostly because it’s a pretty hard game to watch compared to play. Having 1-3k viewers in an OW stream can be 10% of the current OW Twitch viewership!

It’s a sad reality that blizzard completely fucked us over - thanks flats for giving us a voice - Aussies got the shit end of the stick by blizzard a lot of the time too.
