Flats, as an Asian, I can say yes everyone has a toothpaste dispenser. I live in the US and when I go back to China to visit family no matter who's house I go to there is a toothpaste dispenser. Most have the mechanical ones where you push the toothbrush in and it squeezes, but my more wealthy family members have the expensive electric sensor ones. So all in all yes all Asians have a toothpaste dispenser.

No, I agree. The toothpick dispenser was the clencher to me, seeing as it was the same angle, setting, and everything as the first time we saw it. They all use the exact same key keeper, weird bunny mirror, the same branded toothpaste dispensers, the same sonic fruit cleaners, the same knife and cutting board sets, like... When you can't tell one video apart from another because every item in each of them is identical, there's no doubt they're just ads. Edit: I'm also positive that some of the homes are literally the same as in previous videos.
