@@flatsclasscharters Are you still going to use Seaguar for leader material? Love the Blue Label. Also, I’ve had a baitcaster with straight 15 lb fluoro line in my flats fishing quiver for years and it’s fantastic for jighead/soft plastic lures

I’ve had a rotten experience with Aqua Traction since it was installed last spring. One of the pieces hangs over the front deck of my Beavertail skiff by a 1/2 inch and they have not responded to numerous phone calls nor emails. Also, their installer did a really sloppy job leaving sticky goo in numerous spots. They were great leading up to the install, up until they got my money. This is the SW FL division of the company. Three other beefs: it is NOT stain resistant-just the opposite- it seems to attract stains, and several have become permanent, in spite of using their recommended cleaning procedures-it is a beast to clean up now; secondly, it comes loose from the deck, bowing up in several various spots after sitting in the hot FL sun; and third, it provides zero cushioning effect, which I’d hoped to help with a bad back. It was just over $3,000 for the whole 17’ boat and was probably one of my worst purchase decisions of my 63 years. Sorry Captain, I love your content, but I despise companies like Aqua Traction. I’m sure s/o will disagree and this has been just MY own experience.
