Will it curl again if left in the open air?

It will curl a bit if left out for a period of time, but not too much.

What is the solution you are spraying on the veneer??? How long in press???

Super Soft veneer softener from www.veneersupplies.com. It’s a glycerine-water mixture. I put it in the press with each sheet separated by sheets of newsprint to absorb moisture for about a half hour at a time, switching out the newsprint each time over the course of about 5 hours.
