OMG. Quit being a ball buster. Have you ever bought dried cranberries? They always contain a trace amount of sunflower oil but when you look at the nutrition label it says “0 grams of fat”. The amount is so negligible that it’s not even 1 gram in an entire 1/4 cup serving of cranberries. And you are probably only getting a few measly cranberries in one serving of meatballs. It’s not like they’re adding a substantial amount of sunflower oil to the meatballs as what you usually see in processed foods.

If you are avoiding carbs, sodium count won’t matter that much. I found this out accidentally. I started keto, lost lot of fluff. Swelling in injured leg all but disappeared. So I tested my theory, began adding carbs back in and voila! Swelling came back. Try it and see what happens! 😊

Some have, some don’t. I think it depends on how quickly they sell out. I know from hunting down those chicken meatballs. All I could find was cranberry and jalapeno and those went straight into the freezer. I am gonna defrost some tonight though. I’ll let you know how good they are. My sister and I were also looking for the select cheese plate. Maybe we’ll have better luck this week.

I have done ALOT of research on robot vacuums. I would not buy this one. It does not have a hepa filter but a sponge filter on the docking station. The filter on the dust collector is built in and extremely difficult to clean. Plus if it wears out it is not replaceable. The robot is very loud and makes clunking noises and the app is lacking when compared to their competitors. For the same price you can get a Eufy L60 which is the highest rated budget vacuum. The C20 has mopping for $100 more. Roborock is another good brand and is on the cutting edge of technology, plus they sell the most robot vacuums. Above all else do not buy a robot vacuum without lidar.

I still can’t believe that Vitamix uses a plastic carafe. I bought a $30 Oster blender 10 yrs ago to make my bulletproof coffee. It has a glass carafe, works great and it’s still going strong! as far as the SHARK Robot. If you're not looking for the deepest cleaning and wide coverage id say go with it. If you'd like something for the entire house to maybe even go under the couch and such id say go for Roborock or ecovas.
