However, a study by the University of California, Davis found that at least 82% of avocado oil samples tested were either stale or mixed with other oils. In some cases, bottles labeled as "pure" or "extra virgin" contained almost 100% soybean oil.

Well it did Sting my eyes when I'm taking off my make up it burns like heck so after years of using it I found out on Amazon they have this company it's an Amish company the soap is amazing so soft better ingredients in this doctor Bronner's and I wash my face and my eyes well it doesn't sting my eyes when I'm washing off the make up my skin is baby soft I was blown away I tossed out all the soaps I had and I'm only keeping this and now I'm giving them away as gifts I'm 67 years old and just now finding the Amish soap lathers up beautifully smell great. Kind of disappointed in you pointing Dr. Bronner's out just because everyone else has it and ingredients seems to be OK but darn it Burns your eyes like heck and it doesn't leave your skin soft. Gymnastics to buy fresh produce, meats, dairy? It's really not that hard.
@rojo1124Күн бұрын
@@upstairscaat87 clearly you have no idea what I am talking about. No, not that. It's not that simple. You have to make sure its organic, you have to research the different clever names they come up with to trick you. You have to pay attention to 100% grass fed and not just grass fed. Since they regulations on the labeling is different. Eggs cant just be organic, but they need to be pasture -raised not to be confused with pasteurized. A chicken is not just raised normally for the most part anymore. You have to watch out for companies that add in bad ingredients here and there and change their formula because a big conglomerate bought them out. Milk needs to be A2, organic, grass fed etc. Just A2 or just organic or just grass fed ain't the same etc etc.... I can go on and on. I know its gymnastics because when people ask me they get overwhelmed. All I have to do is mention a few things that i do differently for my family when it comes to grocery shopping and picking quality brands with healthy ingredients. I can go to Italy and have pizza that only has real bread, no glyphosate, sprouted with real toppings. You cant do that here in the US unless it's a specialty place. Our bread has a ridiculous number of ingredients you cant pronounce and you really have to search high and low for the right ingredients to make your own at home. I could go on and on....
