Firstly, my God your skin is so fabulous!! I love that Andrew was not afraid to use eye makeup with a sheen on an older woman, it was perfectly lovely. Loved the blush, I have never used Nars Orgasm because of the sparkle (I'm 56)...looks like Bumpy Ride could be my new blush, it was so pretty on you. Loved the whole look. Thanks for sharing.

Nadine and Andrew, thank you for a great video. I am 47 and sometimes I think is use too much foundation. I appreciate Andrew showing use how to sheer out with the brush afterwards. I started doing this last week and noticed it helped blend out and make more of a flawless look. Great tip to all!

I love watching makeup artists do their magic - barely touch your face and BAM you’re “ethereal”. I have said a million times I need to hurry up my routine in the morning - this seems attainable, is minimal and beautiful. You are pretty without makeup too. I like that you ask questions as he goes to help us understand everything. I would have asked “who’s your least favorite celebrity to work on?” 😁Now I want 1. The same kind of makeover 2. What a nice guy. I love how he didn’t try to ‘make you up’, but rather make you look like an enhanced version of yourself. It wasn’t about the make-up, it was about you. Such a refreshing change from most make-up videos these days. Just a shame we couldn’t see the colours well due to the lighting as others have said.

I didn’t care about the filter nadine anyone who watches a lot of you tube is aware of filters so I don’t see as it matters, we could see the product and the technique and hear the chat which I really enjoyed particularly regarding the Young’s ones and their golden noses 😂😂 not to mention the Cupid’s bow lol!! I’m 49 and subscribe to a few young ones as I do find some very entertaining and fun but obviously I’m far more at ease with the women of my age or there abouts. I enjoyed this video and I’ve just subscribed because of it so thankyou the finished look was beautiful 😃xx

Nadine I'd love to see a tutorial that incorporates sunscreen. Not the pea size amount many dot over their face, but a realistic amount of 30+ physical sunscreen for face and neck and then apply makeup over that. How long do you wait for sunscreen to dry? Does makeup compromise the effectiveness of sunscreen? Are there makeup applying techniques that compromise effectiveness? I think you're just the person to give such practical advice. Also curious to know how to avoid sunscreen/makeup on collars? Not glamorous, but pragmatic. Love your informative videos, thanks Nadine!

Hi Nadine, I love NARS but I'd LOVE you to try the YSL All-In-One Glow Foundation. I did a review on it with my 64 year old mum last Monday, and it's become my new go-to foundation. It's SUPERB for more mature skin (and my own). Not to downplay NARS foundations in any way, as I use both NRLF and Sheer Glow on a regular basis, but I find the YSL plumps the skin and blurs pores fantastically. If you decide to try it, let us know what you think xxx

Oh I love this! This is exactly how I try to do my makeup every day. It looks good as soon as I've applied it but three or four hours later it's either smudged or slipped off completely (I have combo/dehydrated skin). Do you have any recommendations to help with this but still keep that fresh glowy look? Aside from having Andrew do my make up of course! :)

I think a “little goes a long way” is soooo apt for most people doing makeup on KZbin. It’s always a ton which they end up dabbing with sponges. Little foundation looks beautiful rather than a plastic cakey effect.

Paid an arm and a leg to get that particular NARS foundation shipped to my country, and was soooo let down. Not radiant at all and sunk into every little line and wrinkle. Very drying. You have great skin Nadine.

You mentioned crepey eyelids in this video - I’m only just 30 and mine are starting to look like a sharpay!! When I first get up I practically have to pick the skin up in the corner of my eyes and put it back in its usual place 😖 What can I do or use to try and slow this down and plump the skin again? Great video, I learned a lot. One thing, could you reverse the fade in and out of your info you put on the screen? I find it hard to read when it starts at the end and fades up. Does that make sense? I don't know if I'm explaining that well.
