tlhe new one flawless facial hair remover is kinda hard to install the battery in then the old one.

I purchased the first one and the head just kept falling off. So I purchased new heads. That didn’t fix the problem. I just purchased the new and improved one and will follow up on my comment after I have tried it a few weeks to see if the heads fall off it as well. Loved the product but wouldn’t recommend it. I’ll follow up on the new one. Plus they say you can get new heads at 20% off by filling out a survey. I filled out the survey and got nothing.

The most frustrating thing is trying to buy replacement heads. Even if you pay attention to which generation flawless hair remover you have you see all these replacement heads from china: how in the world do customers make sure that we buy an authentic/genuine blade versus junk: it's sad that flawless does not have quality control so that they only authorize sellers who are selling proper blades: very frustrating
