🌟FLEET FRIDAY 🌟 FDNY FOAM TANKER 167 - AFFF & HIGH EXPANSION FOAM

There are 5 Foam Tankers in the FDNY. Recently this Foam Unit 167 was given to E294 to have better Foam Coverage Citywide. Foam 152 in Staten Island, Foam 96 in The Bronx, Foam 294 in Queens, Foam 247 in Brooklyn and Currently Foam 260 in Queens but that will soon be moved to Foam 238 as Engine 260 will be getting the Super Pumper. Satellites also carry Foam but that's for another Fleet Friday! Foam Tankers respond on all 10-86 (Fluoroprotein Foam Ops) & 10-87 (High Expansion Foam Operations) Foam Signals. They are all cross staffed by the Primary Engine Company with 2 Firefighters or the Back up Companies Engines 161, 73, 321, 299 & 314. They also assign 1 Foam Tanker for any Emergency Helicopter Landings with a Purple K Unit.
10-86 Signal will Receive 3 Foam Tankers, 2 Purple K Units, 1 Satellite, Hazmat Company 1, Hazmat Tech Company, Hazmat Battalion & 2 Foam Coordinator Battalions. As well as Super Pumper 1 once it goes Inservice
10-87 Signal will Receive 3 Foam Tankers, 1 Satellite and 2 Foam Coordinator Battalions
