A diet that tells me "no coffee!" is nothing for me. People would die, if Ididn't have my coffee in the morning ^^" In the end I think a balanced diet and sport is the key for a healthy life. Everything to extreme can't be good for ones body and health.

German actually eat a lot of internal organs. In English it is called "Offal". The german usually grind them up and made them into sausages.

John Ninenine You're right. The skin of sausages is also an organ. 😊
I first know this kind of carnivore diet from professors Peterson when he went on a podcast. I didn’t take it as a weight lost diet, but try to use it to combat my depression. I read about the positive mood changes that others had and decided to try it for a month. Surprisingly I can feel my mood slowly lifting during the first month, also better sleep and energy level.(that’s something I haven’t had for years). However, I know there isn’t much solid research about food and depression, but after years of medication and eating disorders, I figured eating meat won’t do me more harm anyway. It been almost a year now, I been slowly introducing different vegetables back to my diet. But sugar, fruit and grains still off limit to me :| (tried it, didn’t end up well, for a week or two my depression came back and it’s 5times worse than usual ) Still, for healthy people I think exercise, balanced healthy diet and a little bit of intermittent fasting might be the better way.
