What is your experience (hw and sw) between the new Flex and Anan G2? Are you missing PS (not yet implemented by Flex)? Maybe a head-to-head comparison Flex vs Anan? 73 Ronald PH7R

I really enjoy both the Flex 8600 and the Anan G2. I primarily use the Flex 8600 as my Remote HF which replaces my Icom IC7610. I use the Anan G2 operating Thetis as my Primary Base Station when I'm home. The Flex is already a clean radio and do not miss Pure Signal. I don't know about head-to-head comparison. By far, Flex wins with Remote capabilities as the Anan G2's remote is still in the works. No updates on it yet.

Thanks for the video! tell us how to set up the sound in the Anan transceiver correctly! what should be the levels of microphone readings, what should be the readings of the ALС , what should be the readings of the ALС groups? How to set the level and delay correctly in the settings of the Leveler and ALС

That's a tough topic. I don't usually monitor myself over the air, but rely on my audiophile guru's on our Rag Chew sessions on 80 meters. I'll try to make a video in the future to show you my Anan G2 setup.

Still waiting on my flex8400 but I have the same RF2K-S amp, and ordered the same cable a month ago. Would really like to hear your thoughts on the RF2K-S, compared to the flex amp.

I've never owned a Flex amplifier. I would say, I would either use the RF2KS Amplifier for remote operations or the KM3KM Mercury Lux (I don't like their remote controller which has to be connected to a PC). I don't have any plans on going to a Flex Ecosystem.

@@DarrenN4VFR The RF2KS is a great amp with a nice remote interface. Can't go wrong with it. Looking forward to your review of the 8600 after you've had more fun with it.
