As always love the channel, as a fire fighter I've been to a few dyno cell fires where customers unknown work have burnt down the dyno cell. I see you have a few dry Chem extinguishers handy which is great. For your and the workshops safety a few 9kg foam extinguishers in a very accessible area away from the dyno would be very helpful should the worst happen. Keep up the great work 🤘🤘

Have seen the clutch line come off the master cylinder and leak brake fluid and cause a fire in that location. Good to see some people putting out honest info about E85. So many people don't understand it is not a power adder. LS engines are so good they don't need E85 lol (whenever NA). Something to note - you're probably already aware of this, but if they have tuned around the fuel pump issue by pumping huge numbers into the VE table it will have a huge effect on how the transmission shifts. When I first started tuning these cars and with lack of information available about correct injector settings even from VCM themselves I had odd numbers in the VE table which made these transmissions shift like junk. Thank god for Evans Performance.

Is it possible to flex fuel on a stock 99 Hsv vt2 computer? Also what is the engine size ? 6.0 ? No point in big cfm heads if it’s not got the cubes

500 is a pretty big ask from a SBE 6L through an Auto. We think around 470whp

And also remember E85 has less energy in it than pump fuel 98.....Good old GM engineers on the VE VF L77/L76/LS3/L98 love to run them right on the Knock sensors from factory really smart😂....They love to rattle on the stock timing map as you boys know take 5-8*timing out and boom they respond and are safer

What the hell CVM headers which get really hot, why not jet coat them or ceramic coating the headers, also this car has a small runner fast intake which is a after market unit compared to the stock intake also with a fast 102 intake and the work done on the engine it should have around 500Kw easy, cheeers :)

Realistically you need to do a complete build to his 500whp N/A. You really need aftermarket pistons to get the compression required to make the power. It has been done before on SBE 6L but it requires a very good port. Boost is the easiest way to make it there. A good cam package with a good CNC heads will get you close!

Something is way off LSa engine with cam and also Fast manifold something is wrong way off the mark it should have around 550 HP at the rear wheels easily etc. still great to see the harrop or hsv brakes and rotor upgrade. :)

Its not an LSA engine, and no way a SBE 6L is making 550whp through a 6L80 thats way off. 500whp is a stretch for a SBE 6L

. That pisses me off the tuners do this. It's not their car so who give em the right to do that. I tune cars and do not lock the tunes. That holding your customers ransom and its BS!!

There are some reasons I understand. As a tuner the work is your intellectual property, those worried about people stealing there work often lock them. But the biggest one for most I think is to eliminate the possibility of the Owner or Owners Mate who watched how to tune on youtube, from having a hack at the tune file and potentially causing serious damage to the engine, to then have those customers come back and blame the tuner and drag the tuners name through mud. This I can also understand. We don't lock any of ours though

Mate I came to watch the car being Dyno tuned, not listen to a muppet rattle on endlessly. I bet you love being the main attraction, spend hours admiring your self rattling on and on your you tube vids. Seems to be a thing these days with you tube, guys wanting to be stars. It be far less boring to just introduce the car, what’s done and get on with it. Don’t mind the work that’s being done, Just don’t want to watch the boring muppet with his endless rattling on
