DUDE!!! You were absolutely right...Heidi's flight capture of Seth Arnold's flight demo was absolutely amazing! Seriously. Although I'm not into 3D, I really enjoyed Seth's demo flight and still, to this day, can't believe how the 3D guys do the things they do...just amazing skills! Great job by all, I'm still sorry I couldn't head out that way, but maybe next time as they say! All the best to Team Gault and keep up the great content my friends!

Yes sir Seth is an amazing pilot, and I agree! If you had told me the colors without letting me see it I'd have been sure it would be awful, but it actually works on that Yak!

The hover torque roll at 11:04 up to 11:12 is about the most stabilized ones that I have ever seen, in such windy conditions 👍

If I buy it, I suppose I could fly it on the batteries I have, but it sounds like a few 6s batteries would have to accompany the order.

Is there any reason to buy an Extra 300 instead of the new Yak55? This will be my first 3d plane, I have several jets, warbirds, and wings currently.

Chad I think the Yak is a more capable, powerful plane over all. (If you are comparing to the Flex Extra) However...the Extra will run on more common batteries you may already have. For a 3D beginner either one will be a new experience and get you going. The Extra is probably a touch easier to fly, but either can be set up to be more or less aggressive.

Jake I agree. They do put themselves in the position to convince the buyer to get a new set of batteries. That said they make several great planes in the series. The Flex fans buy them all!
