Flex basically took all the best Etsy mods for packout and integrated them into their own system. No need to brainstorm or experiment with crazy tool storage ideas, the customer has done all the research and development for them. Absolutely genius play.

That's why the previous T-Mobile CEO took the company incredibly far in a short time, same philosophy. He basically said to shut up and listen to the worker and customer, they'll give you all the answers. It's unfortunate many companies don't have the same philosophy. In any case, I've spent over 1k, happily, on my Flex tools. They have every feature and design I could ask for. The lifetime warranty really sold me though!

I have many Packout boxes, but I really love that Flex and even Klein have accessories to go along with them and not 3d printed third party ones.

I have 3 stack pack systems. All 3 purchased within the last month and a half. #1, The handle is not strong and sturdy enough to support the weight in three boxes, the handle broke first day on jobsite. #2, lable Compartment leaks. Definitely no good. What point is having that label marked if it can get wet. There is a #3 however I forgot at the moment. Jennings Construction

Got the basic Lowes $300.00 Flex 3 box system and now I have what I call "THE TOWER"(3 more boxes!) All the guys on the job have Stack out. I LOVE my Flex!!!

My only complaint about the Stack Pack is that I can’t find them locally. I bought the OG 3 piece set at Lowe’s and haven’t seen them since. I’m stoked about the wave 2 stuff!

Definitely some cool stuff i like it. Still 1 problem. WHY IS THE ROLLING BOX NOT A CABINET OR DRAWER OR DRAWERS! I think cabinet makes most sense. Why wont any of these manufacturers listen to the main thing we want? Why did i have to modify my own rolling box to be a cabinet?

Plus i said i would prefer a cabinet over a 2 drawer box on the bottom. I rather have bigger tools in the bottom box over hand tools. Mine is the perfect setup for me

Wow, I wanted to stick with my old Rigid, but thinking now, with those units that open from the front, you can get your tools while they are stacked in place ! That's a time saver and also back saver . You dont have to unstack them while on the job , an instant workstation 👍 PS, the accessories on the corner are too bulky , IMO.

Honestly, I now buy these solely for overlanding. Better built than ROAM Adventure cases, OVS or even Pelican. Cheaper too and way more universal. I just wish they made the larger sizes - like for starters, the Milwaukeye-a rolling tool chest.

With the new Makita MAKTRAK hitting the market, choosing the best modular storage system is getting tougher! Between Milwaukee Packout, Dewalt ToughSystem, Flex Stack Pack, and now Makita, each one has features that stand out, but no single system fills every need. It would be awesome if someone could create 3D-printed adapters to mix and match boxes across brands. Imagine connecting a Makita box to a Milwaukee or Flex base to build a truly customized setup! Another idea for manufacturers is to add a large slide-out drawer or front-access door on the bottom rolling box. This way, we wouldn’t have to unstack everything to access tools in the bottom box. These additions would make all of these storage systems even more versatile for DIYers and professionals alike.

Cool system. Keep in mind that if that double-tower stack you did was full of tools, it would be super heavy leveraging on that one handle...and there is a fair chance it could/would break the handle. Did you ever try it out fully loaded?

I have the husky soft side rolling and non wheeled bags... I think the hard side units limit the storage space in vehicles and in shelves. I have a substantial investment in that stem with over 20 bags. investment, I just grab the bags for the job at hand no repacking ir trying to fit containers in the pickup bed with cover.
