After following your exercise routine for over a month now I feel a lot stronger and my muscle has never been this toned! My forearms grew massively and my grip is insane. Now I have to work the biceps but I haven't seen any video where you show us how to work them.

Get some fucking weights, put them next to your hips or as low as your arms will drop, palms forward, now, push your forearms upwards while only moving the underarm, bicep curl, simple as.

I started yoga at 42 as well. Now I’m 55 and tell you that this was one of the best decisions in my life. All the power you gain by lifting weights doesn’t help if you lack flexibility.

​@@christopherglass7307 Do I hear some whistle of irony? Anyway, I've seen a lot of people pushing harder and harder for more weights, and in the end, they ended up at the doctor. That's the great thing about yoga, you have a mixture of flexibility, strength, and relaxation - mind and body, which should be good for 98% of the people. But you can also overdoe yoga and ruin your joints.

I like the new banner. I've been doing three of your flows -- the two spine flexibility (lower and upper) flows and then another jut general short morning flow. It's kind of ridiculous looking at the difference between my flexibility and yours ... but, after 2 months I am noticably more flexible, which is the point. Thanks for these flows!

I’ve been working on my flexibility just for the improvement of daily life and since I’ve been working on opening up my hips and hamstring I’ve realized that I’m really close to doing the splits. I never intended on being able to do that but I was surprised to see how close I am. Thanks for making these videos. 🥰

I love your videos. I have been following along to your videos for about 3 years now. I did have an accident back in 2018, I’m basically starting over with my flexibility. I have a disc herniation. My hamstrings are still tight but I’ve been trying my best to get moving. I am much mobile than I was, I couldn’t walk, sit up straight or bend my legs. I thank you so much for continuously making videos. 😎😎😎😎

Great teacher! Intermediate level for sure! This did not feel like 13 minutes! TYSM! A little quick with the flow. Tho, it was easy to flow with it, even with a limited experience in yoga and as an out of shape, slightly above-average athlete. I hope to revisit soon and start my 4th decade of life as a limber old man

I've been following for a while...however never had the chance to really watch. Jus listen to your body while stretching. Really be attentive to your muscles aches and pains and loosen it out. Also stay hydrated so that the blood can flow how it’s supposed to throughout the body
