Hi! El Corte Inglés is not cheap for us. We usually buy at Mercadona, Condis or similar. But once in a lifetime, yeah, is good to go there because at the 'Rincón del Gourmet' in the same Corte Inglés, you can find some food from other places and strange food sometimes... and is funny to see that. What's not funny are the prices... 😊

When I went to school in Alicante between noon and 2pm was the siesta and main meal of the day , so a lot of people are probably doing that when you went shopping. Things liven backup after that then tapas around 9 or 10 pm

Hi Kat. How do you mánage to get your food products/ fresh produce ie yoghurts fruit etc into the States when you go back. I worked many years for a British Airways working transatlantic flights and we could never take food produce States side. Customs always stopped us with the dogs even if there was a slice of lemon in a flash of water. Love your vids..makes me miss flying even more.❤

12oz protein shake + ice + your favorite iced coffee = yummy. Dump into a tall cup with straw and stir. Easy way to get a protein shake in that isn't bluck.
