I wish JetBlue did this. Our IOE was a quick turn where you are evlauated the second flight. It's the first time you're working two full flights and you are bing graded. My instructor was a GEM and had me feeling so supported. I am now going to interveiw with a regional airline tommorow actually hopefully I make it! I'd love to see how everything differs.

We like your upbeat personality! One tip though-- from your videos, it seems like you don't drink anywhere near enough water. My friend is a dermatologist; she said that especially being in dry airplane cabins as a living, your skin will "age" sooner without proper hydration. Especially with coffee proven as a major dehydration factor, it is even more critically important to be drinking 8 to 12 bottles of water a day, to avoid premature skin aging. Plus, if you drink the 8 to 12 bottles a day of water (spring water preferably), you absolutely will have more energy and feel more alert. Good luck!

Very well explained Kat. We had a similar arrangement for IOE at British Airways one of which was EU ops,Frankfurt turn in my case with you sat on the Flight Deck jumpseat(B767). The next one was was LHR-BOS on the B747 classic with a nightstop. My business class in charge pranked me on that one(another story😂😂)
