This is Fallout Wasteland Warfare the miniature game by Modiphius solo play against the AI. The first AI specific scenario is called Ambush the Camp.

Symbol on the Flamer is area effect damage (page 46). The corner shapes (arrows) are just the color blind markers (page 9)

Yeah, I love that about this game. Because they intended to use a lot of colored dice and such, they labeled the dice in the manuals with dots, and the measuring sticks with arrows, to indicate which is which.
