I’ve got the same exact 4 wheeler. It’s super hard to turn over, enough so that I could only start with the kick start. The start button barely turns it over. Has good compression, new starter and battery. Any advice?

Ive got the 50cc and 90cc 2 strokes. my kids kept dumping regular gas in the 50cc and it locked up on us. it now turns over same way you described. Same thing when you kick start it. i think the cylinder is and rings are marred up. Im gonna rebuild our 50. the 90 runs great.

I'm working a 2003 Sportsman 90, that kick start doesn't work in this one. What is your mixture ratio so just incase this pump has failed? I had to replace the line since it was melted. I found all the replacement parts on Amazon as well. The fuel petcock I believe is bad so I just ordered a new one. to include the airbox and carb.

32:1 is what I always run. Little heavy on the oil but you definitely don’t have to worry about it blowing up.

@@KBMOTORSchannel So I got the ATV going, but the quad refuses to go up a small incline. They brought this to me to get it running. They never mentioned that the drive train had issues. The bike did smoke but not that bad. I was finally able to get my compression gage to fit and it has 123psi, which was awesome.

@@Smalltechguy 123 psi is pretty high for them, I have a 2001 and I usually got 50-90 psi and it ran pretty good, though it is rated for 100psi. climbed some steep hills too with me on it. but summer of 23 the ole poolaris decided the motor should run away like an old detroit diesel and started right back up after it happened. same month or so the battery kept dying on me and I had to jump start it everytime I tried running it because the battery just stopped holding any charge then I had to replace a resistor that helped for a little while, then it just quit running and I think it's just past due of a top end rebuild.

I don't think you will read this but by chance u do i bought a 110 cc for 175 wouldnt start i got a new carb off amazon now it starts and its wide open throttle do i need to replace the cable n needle too is there a sertin kind i have to buy

Look in the carb and make sure cable lets plunger reach bottom. If not then you need cable
