FLIPPING A BROKEN FORD FOCUS ST FOR A BIG PROFIT

I bought a lovely low mileage mk2 ford focus st with some issues to attempt to flip to make a profit!
The new owner loves the car. What a result!

Just found your channel. This was very informative as ive got a mk2 ST which ive owned for almost 12 years now. Ive been toying with the idea of selling but didnt realise they were worth as much as that. I thought it was worth a lot less which is why ive hung on to it.

I new as soon as you showed me the wheel bearing had come apart that was the issue with out that magnet it wont read a thing 👍👍👍

Yeah thankfully it was just something so simple! Glad it was that at least! Always the small things 😅

The instrument cluster is probably at fault. That throws up all sorts of codes when it goes wrong.

Thanks mate it ended up being the wheel bearing for speed sensor! Heard the clusters go wrong a lot this was also what I thought it could have been if not that 😊

This was really good to watch. Ive been meaning to pickup a ST MK2 Facelift but the prices are always much more than what you sold it for. 😅

Thanks mate, well worth it if you get a chance! Facelifts do look nice, I’d like to get my hand on a facelift at some point! Pre facelift is good value for money though pretty much the same car 😄

I would weld a repair section into the wing to keep paint local.if u fit a new wing u will have to blend bonnet door and bumper.keep it local and just blend bumper.

Perfect time to stop spending on it, the new owner will no doubt make it his with mods and refurbing the wheels and keeping an eye oit for a colour match washer cover and wet vac the seats. I think you have made the max profit v spend on that focus, onwards and upwards👍

Yeah it’s still solid and should be good for another few years, primer on the bare metal that’s got no paint on it haven’t got time to do a full restoration😆😂

Is it ok to pressure washer the engine with out covering the battery and electrical connections. As Some cars are definitely not suited for that.

Should be ok mate just be careful it’s best when engine is hot but I’ve never had an issue doing it to be honest! 😊
