Super annoying when someone ghosts you on FB Marketplace. Communication goes well for 2 or 3 replies then nothing ? Like WTF !?! Just had it happened to me about a motherboard. Just tell me you changed your mind or your busy etc. It's not that hard to type something to let the other person know what's going on. You just have to move on in the end. Can't wait around forever. Tech moves fast. Speaking of the Montech Air 100 RGB, I just bought that case today to do my first modern build. Haven't built a PC from scratch in over 20 years but since my other hobbies are getting too expensive I figured I could try this out again with modern tech. I know the basic upgrading (RAM, SSD, GPU etc.). It's basically the wiring the PSU to the motherboard that I'll need help with but their are plenty of tutorial videos here on YT for that. Thanks again for sharing all your vids & motivating me to try again :)

Just a heads up, The price the 2700x/3070 is absolutely fair, but the 2700x will severely bottleneck the 3070, even at 1440p. Even a 3700x will bottleneck the 3070 to a degree, depending on the game. I would highly recommend not paring a 3070 with anything less then 3700x or above.
