I enjoy your videos so much! I was curious about any special work outs for people with severe neck pain? Seems any workout I start sets off pain and inflammation in my neck no matter how careful I am with my neck and my form. Thanks for all of your excellent advice!

Your information is always clearly thought out and u r so interesting to listen to! The foods u talk about here are so important and my question relates to wheat/gluten. Is it your understanding that gluten can have a negative effect on weight after 50-ish? My experience is after being the same weight since 16 yrs old, I gained 20 pounds in my abdomen very fast 5 years prior to menopause and it didn't budge til I stopped all wheat products. Lost the weight and never feel "hunger pains" or cravings for sweets or carbs. I love it! Clearly there must be a connection and would like ur input on gluten/ health/weight. Thanks so much and plz keep ur channel going!

Will this rolling help and hit the inner thigh? That’s where I have and can see more cellulite😔. Hoping u can address this.
